What is MOMS Club®?
We are a group of moms who enjoy getting together for weekly activities and outings and encourage each other as stay at home moms. Our MOMS Club – MOMS Offering Moms Support – strives to provide fun and educational activities in and around the Topeka area. We participate in community service projects during the year and also offer playgroups. Moms are encouraged to explore some of their own interests by starting or participating in activity groups.

How do I join?

You may attend two activities (any public activity) before you decide to become a member. You will need to complete the new member application, that you can get from the Membership VP, along with annual dues of $25. This fee covers such necessities as paper, postage, copying fees, hospitality supplies, and our annual chapter registration with International MOMS Club.  The Membership VP will contact you about events that you may attend.

Are you currently accepting new members?

Our chapter is always accepting new members. Although some of us have lived here for years and are experienced mothers, many of us are new in town or new to motherhood. We all have one thing in common: the MOMS Club introduced us to other moms who stay at home (the ones that soon became our good friends). 

How do I volunteer or make suggestions about the group?

Call, email, or talk with a board member at any MOMS Club event.  We value your opinion and want to hear from you.  This is your club!!

May I introduce my friends to MOMS Club?

Yes! Please do!  The best way for people to hear about our group is through you.  Our Membership VP can provide you with a prospective new member's packet.

Who do I contact if I meet someone who is interested in MOMS Club?

The President or Membership VP would love to hear of moms you have met that are interested in our club  .  

When do I need to renew my membership dues?

Your $25 dues are renewable annually.  Your name will appear in the newsletter the month before your membership needs to be renewed.

Can my child attend all MOMS Club activities?

YES!  Bring your children.  Children may attend all events, and we even gear most activities toward them.  The only exception is to the monthly MNO (Mom's Night Out) events where most moms leave their children at home.

May I bring children, other than my own, to MOMS Club events?

Yes, please contact the President for more information.

How do I find out about our Bylaws?

The Bylaws are the guidelines by which all MOMS Club groups operate.  They are available for any member to read under the Resources tab at the site.  Please contact a Board member for more information.

May I solicit home business products or services at meetings or activities?

We kindly ask that no solicitation of any kind takes place at MOMS Club sponsored activities.

May I advertise my home business in the newsletter?

Yes.  Space is $1 for members and $4 for non-members.  This ad must be the size of a business card.  Submit your payment along with the information to the newsletter editor by the 15th of the month.

What is the MOMS Club roster for?

The roster is strictly for use of MOMS Club.  No mass mailings, solicitation of goods or services, or promotion of religious or political groups are permitted.  Please use the roster to get together with friends on days there are no MOMS Club activities planned.

May I smoke, drink, or do drugs at MOMS Club activities?

NO.  With the exception of the monthly MOMS Night Out where responsible alcohol consumptions is permitted.
